Worth visiting!

Huge second-hand shop?

Last time I was in Berlin, I found a huge second-hand shop by mistake. I can’t remember which street or train stop it was, but I do remember I’d originally been looking for a flea market (maybe Arkonaplatz?), and that the shop wasn’t far from the station. The shop was about five or six storeys, the top few storeys each being devoted to clothes of a certain era. Anyone know which shop it is, and where it is? I’d be grateful for any answers.

I have gone to Berlin so many times. Especially, I visited the museum, but I have same question, that if anyone know about a shop where I can buy easily second hand things. Please email me.

Great second hand clothes store in Berlin

Many second hand clothes stores here quite expensive cos alot of the retro stuff has become very trendy. A great one, though, is “Colours” in Kreuzberg, Bergmannstraße 102. They sell everything by weight; normally €13,99 a kg, but Tuesdays 11:00 – 15:00 it’s €9,99 a kg. Well worth a visit…

Huge second-hand shop

From your description I think the shop must be “Humana” at Frankfurter Tor on the U5 underground line. It has several storeys, the top one of which has all the retro 60’s and 70’s stuff. It’s nowhere near the flea market at Arkona Platz though, but is not far from the Boxhagener Platz flea market (which in my opinion is better, but it also depends on what you’re looking for).

Cheers John! If I do eventually come to Berlin, we should pay another visit to it.
