Germany aka: Deutschland

my friend recently moved to germany and i miss her very much.
would love to visit her soon!!

I live in Germany and I can tell you that while Berlin is nice, there are much more interesting cities. For example Dresden or Munich. Don’t limit your visit to one city, because every city is different.
And if you want to visit Oktoberfest, why not check out Bergkirchweih in Erlangen? It’s smaller and more intimate and I bet the beer is cheaper ;)

I will be visiting Europe in a little more than a week with my school, and one of the places we are going to is Germany – Berlin and Dresden specifically. I’m just so excited to go visit this country, since it has always been one of the places I’ve wanted to see most in the world. We are going to see a bunch of places, including CheckPoint Charlie and the Berlin Wall, and I’m really looking forward to it. I can’t wait!

Actually, I plan on taking my youngest sister here for her high school graduation present in two & a half years.
She’s the German-speaker, not myself! So it’s a bit difficult to plan this around her, because I can’t read websites. ]: But I’ll figure it out!

I’d love to take her to a concert; her favorite band is Die Fantastischen Vier (Fanta4) but I’m not sure how practical it is for me to take her to one of their concerts. I don’t know what type of crowd would go see it, if they’re even a touring group, etc.

If you can avoid French food over there as it is mostly air

I moved here right out of high school after my ex and I broke up. I will always have a soft spot for germany as it is where I consider I truly became an adult. I had some many life changing experiences. I lived mostly on the western side of germany in kaisersalutern on the french border but I traveled lots. In my opinion at least learn a few key german phrases before you go. They really appreciate the effort.

germany is incredible. anyone who wants to go here should def go dont hold back just go. im going back in a couple weeks.

My father was a military man and was stationed in Germany. I was born in Augsburg, Bavaria, Germany in 1984, and left back for the United States by 1989. I would love to revisit and spend some time exploring Germany. I could get lost for years there. =) I know my Grandmother is from Germany and has family over there. I used to get packages from my uncle when I was little.

I was a baby, so i dont remember anything about it, but I would love to go again some day!

Germany has been a goal of mine for a couple years now, even more so now that my girlfriend lives there. We have been searching for a ton of ways for me to move there, but have been reaching dead ends. Any advice?
